Currently 23 states and D.C. have state-level Earned Income Tax Credit programs. Given the dire state of state budgets, are state EITCs facing reductions or eliminations? What is the future of state EITCs? This webinar featured Nick Johnson and John Wancheck of the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities who provided an overview of recent federal developments in the EITC and the outlook in the states.
